We understand value creation
Dane Capital was started in 2016 by Brad & Jeff Cottam after careers in Brokerage & Sales. The idea behind the company was based on interpretation of simple data and comps for clients/principals, which lead to an understanding in value creation. We don't buy properties because we think the value is going to go up… we buy properties because we can make the value go up. Respect and communication with all parties involved; sellers, tenant, buyers, and vendors is key.
Our team
Dane Capital has built a team that is passionate about finding value in assets that are overlooked by the institutions and avoided by the small-time investor due to their tricky nature. We leverage our years of knowledge and expertise to overcome difficult situations that arise during the transaction in these overlooked assets. We are confident and have proven that we can solve any environmental, survey- related encroachment/easement, cap ex item, or any other problem that might present itself during our due diligence process.
